These include his highly regarded "Vanishing Lady" effect using an easily made-up gimmick to visually transform a Queen or other court card into a spot card when passed between two other cards - a card which could then be examined! Franke also explains how to make-up and use his Laser Card which enables you to instaneously change one card held at the fingertips into another or vanish it altogether! Originally a marketed effect, the gimmick even caught the attention of Ed Marlo who used it for a Card to Pocket routine in Heirophant 5-6 (1971) and later, Jim Steinmeyer, for his Cards Up Sleeve routine (Genii, Feb. 2016).
