3. THE FINGER PALM

In this position the coin is held at the roots of the two middle fingers, which are bent in and grip it between the folds of the first and second joints (Fig. 5). The first and fourth fingers take no part in the action and are slightly extended.

The coin can be slid into this position from the regular palm by lowering the hand and letting it glide into the bend of the middle fingers. Several coins can be held in this easy and natural position at the same time.
