TRANSFERS
The idea is to show the hands empty while concealing a cigarette. With a cigarette palmed in the left thumb grip and your left side to the front, show the right hand empty, palm outwards, and point to it with the left forefinger. Turn to the left end, as the tips of the fingers meet in front of the body, seize the free end of the cigarette in the right thumb grip (Fig. 14), complete the turn, and point to the empty left hand with the right forefinger.
The sleight is an easy one and the tendency to abuse it must be resisted.
