A length of rope or cord is passed through a large ring and the ends are tied together. After the ring is clearly shown to be secured on the loop of rope, it is magically pulled free. The knot is then untied and the rope and ring are passed out for examination. Uses just regular magicians' rope and one 6" or 7" solid ring. No magnets or Tarbell gimmicks.
