In this rare Eddie Joseph booklet from 1952, he discloses 17 novel "peek at a card" effects. Joseph was first introduced to this method of selection by the legendary Max Malini on his visit to India. However, never one satisfied to rest on convention, in the years that followed his sessions with Malini, Joseph experimented with, and perfected his own technique using a deck bound with rubber bands to further enhance the mystery and confound his audiences. Several of the effects explained in this booklet were among Joseph's most closely-held secrets up to the time of publication. 14 pages, re-typeset with 5 line drawings.
