DESCRIPTION

Ronald Marleigh-Ludlow, who performed as Ronnie N'Gai (pronounced "Ungah"), was an accomplished WWII era British music hall magician. Known for his vibrant personality and considerable showmanship, The N'Gai Dog Race - a baffling three phase prediction - was one of his signature routines. The routine calls for just a single sheet of notepaper (which may be borrowed) and a pencil used to number torn pieces, from 1 to 6. In the patter, each piece represents a dog in a race, though they can be horses if you prefer. Remarkably, three different spectators uncannily select the winning "dog" each time - matching the performer's prediction which is placed in full view at the beginning of each phase, where it remains untouched again by the performer. 9 pages (routine with cover).
