You can open, read and print Trickshop PDFs on your PC or MAC with Adobe's FREE Acrobat Reader (5.x or later) or add it "as a PDF" to your eReader library using the free program, Calibre. Please note, for iPad users, we recommend the inexpensive GoodReader app from iTunes. GoodReader does an excellent job of handling paginated (set layout) PDF ebooks.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE QUANTITY FOR AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART?
Just click on the shopping cart "text link" at the top of any page (not the checkout page). To change the quantity: Just enter the appropriate quantity (1) and click on the green "Update" button (bottom left side). You can also remove an item this way by entering zero (0) as the quantity and clicking update.
CAN I PRINT THE PDF FILES I PURCHASED?
Yes, our files are all designed to print-on-demand. There are no restrictions on printing.
DO I NEED A PASSWORD TO OPEN TRICKSHOP.COM PDF FILES?
Absolutely not. All files are only password-protected from modification. No password is required to open, view and print in Acrobat Reader.
WHAT TYPE OF USAGE LICENSE AM I GRANTED?
All Trickshop.com PDFs are licensed for unlimited personal use. You are free to open, view and print the publication, as needed, for your own personal use. You cannot, however, re-sell a copy you print nor can you re-sell or re-distribute our electronic file in any form.
WILL MY PAYMENT BE SECURE?
Yes, when you click on the checkout button or link; you'll automatically be directed to a SECURE web page, which uses industry standard SSL-encryption to protect your personal information. Secure web page URLs begin with "https://" instead of "http://".
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards on our site, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, through PayPal. Or, if you prefer, you can checkout and make payment on PayPal using your credit card or PayPal account, if you are a member.
HOW WILL I GET THE DOWNLOADS I PURCHASED?
Following successful payment, just login to your account and click on the "Downloads" link to see all of your ebook purchases. There is a download button for each ebook (digital file). Click on the button to start the download process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE UP ALL OF MY DOWNLOADS?
Three downloads are automatically provided for each digital file. These links will not expire on our new system. However, if you're experiencing technical problems and require additional downloads for any purchase, just contact us and we will be happy to add those to your account.
WHAT ABOUT PURCHASES I MADE ON TRICKSHOP'S PREVIOUS E-COMMERCE SYSTEM?
We maintain a complete database of every purchase going back several years and while that data will not show up in your Order History on our new system; we can re-send previously purchased files to you in the event of a system crash or other loss of data. Again, just contact us. We're here to help!
HOW MUCH DOES TRICKSHOP.COM CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
All "shipped goods" (non-digital products), such as special cards, etc., include postage paid worldwide! We ship US orders by either First Class or Priority Mail and international orders by First Class Air Mail (formerly Letter Post). Please allow about one week for delivery of US orders and one to three weeks international delivery. All orders are shipped prepaid, however international customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or incoming customs fees applied by their own government.
